Eligibility
Youth eligible for RHEAP services are:

  • Between the ages of 18-24
  • Enrolled in Coordinated Entry 
  • Unhoused or fleeing a DV situation 

Referrals
Youth are enrolled based on prioritized list from Coordinated Entry.

Re-Housing for Emerging Adults Populations (RHEAP) utilizes Housing First and Rapid Re-Housing frameworks to provide immediate housing supports and wraparound services to facilitate long-term housing stability for youth. Our program’s focus is to empower youth to work on their goals including housing, employment and training, academics, social and emotional well-being, and permanent connections.
